Ordering Policy

You can order online for full payment directly through our website. Please note, if you choose to order online, pickup will be the only available option. If you prefer delivery, simply select pickup and reach out to us directly to arrange delivery at an additional cost.

We kindly ask that all orders are placed 2 to 7 days in advance, depending on the complexity of your desired arrangement, to ensure we source the freshest flowers for your order.

Alternatively, you can choose your floral arrangement by browsing our catalog, Instagram feed, or by sending us your inspiration and details about the flowers or style you have in mind. To place your order, contact us via email, phone, text/WhatsApp, or Instagram direct message. We will discuss the pricing, including any applicable delivery charges, and specific details of your arrangement to ensure it perfectly fits your vision.

To secure your order, if ordering via this way, a retainer fee between $30 and $100 is required, depending on the size and complexity of the arrangement. We accept payments via PayPal and e-transfer. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery if paying via PayPal. For cash or e-transfer payments, the balance is due upon delivery.

Once we receive your retainer, we will provide you with a pickup address or confirm your delivery details.
